  • Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
  • Providing false information or failing identity verification.
  • Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities.

In the event of account cancellation, the policy on returning the actual cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be at 23bd9's discretion.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

  • Minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — applicable to all payment methods.
  • Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
  • Deposits are generally processed instantly.
  • Funds deposited into the account must come from the member's own account.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
  • Withdrawal processing time: generally within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for deposits.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

Note: All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption. 23bd9 will never ask for your PIN, password or OTP by phone or email.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The conditions of this bonus are:

  • A 10x wagering requirement must be met after receiving the bonus.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
  • The bonus can only be claimed once — per member, per device, per payment method.
  • Certain games or categories may be excluded when placing bets with the bonus balance.

5.2 VIP and Cashback Program

23bd9's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits for each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier assignment is based on a member's activity and contribution. 23bd9 reserves the right to change the tier conditions at any time.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all promotional offers and bonuses:

  • Bonus offers cannot be stacked or combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
  • 23bd9 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled and the associated account will be reviewed.
  • 23bd9 reserves the right to reclaim bonuses that were incorrectly awarded due to a software error.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results and Fairness

All games on the 23bd9 platform are operated to ensure impartiality and fair play. Game results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Game results are entirely random and independent of previous results.
  • If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, the bet amount will generally be returned to your balance.

8.2 Liability for Financial Loss

  • Money lost in games — this is entirely the member's personal decision and responsibility.
  • Losses arising from the leakage of security information on your part.
  • Any issues caused by incorrect information provided by the member.
